all the plagues it has been noted are described within the natural world …. frogs existed in the Nile, the wild animals existed, people got boils, hail exists, darkness exists, first borns die,… water can be poisoned, etc etc. Why is that the Creator of the Entire Universe who could say "snap" a "finger" and free His Chosen people use plagues? And we’re told via hints and commentators that it took at least 1 year for all them…. God wants us to realize that God is in charge. Inside literally everything, every thought. Beyond Time. Rules as we think of them do not apply to God as Judaism describes God. So the old question, can God create a rock that it could not lift [Rambam goes into this twister inside the Guide for the Perplexed]. I truly do not remember his answer to this complex question… "my" answer??? It is not relevant. God is beyond our comprehension. There is no rock without God. There is nothing without God. The Singularity / Unity is not like any other [paraphrasing Rambam]. I suggest we read at the very least the 1st chapter of Yad Hasaka to get more into this topic.
