getting into orbit – a tribute to walking around in circles

we don’t actually walk around in a circle – more like an ellipse, and we’re not stuck there forever.

We enter in… 1st day, one circuit, 2nd day 1 circuit; each day, 1 circuit – and then on Hoshana Rabaa… the day of the great circuits, we make 7

for thousands of years, literally, jews have been walking around in circles. But not everyday mind you – and they’re not lost either. We have our Guide; our small ‘guide(s)’ as well… in each generation … we turn to our leaders and we walk around in small circles…. until we reach 7. Seven, of course, is the days of the week, the course of nature. 7 x 7 = 49 which we build up to reaching 50 …

and then there is beyond nature., the world of the souls; the number 8. on the 8th day baby boys in Judaism are circumcised – even on shabbot …
