Whenever ANY one (US ex-pat or not) in Israel brings up any US President. I ask them: do you understand Congress / Senate? Do you understand popular voting vs the Electorial system? Usually blank stares.

Wayaaaaayyyyyy to easy to bleat “good for Israel” / “bad for Israel” with zero context about any of the background or in-depth thoughts. Shouting down w/whataboutisms etc. Bottomline? No one wants to actually look into the back story. Just bleat out headlines

Just “whatabout”isms
And changing the topic to fit what fits the persons personal opinion on “good for Israel”

As if ANY of these yutzs really actually gave 2 shits about what is truly “good” for the daily life…. cuz it was never their job!! Our local Yutzs … all the rotating and repeat knesset members… all of them from every party — that is who we need to care about and think about. Not some random goy from 6000kms away
